Precision-rolled threaded steel (abbreviated as PSB) is a high-strength straight bar steel with continuous external threads rolled on the entire surface of the bar. Its core feature lies in the fact that any cross-section can be quickly anchored through matching nuts or connectors, and it is widely used in prestressed concrete structure projects. This product is made from high-strength alloy steel (such as 40Si2MnV, 45SiMnV) through hot rolling and quenching and tempering treatment, featuring high yield strength, excellent anchoring performance, and convenient construction. It is one of the core materials for modern large-scale projects.

Product advantages:

1. Ultra-high strength and lightweight, the tensile strength of PSB1080 grade products can reach 1230MPa, which is more than three times that of ordinary HRB400 steel bars, reducing steel usage by 40% to 60% and significantly lowering the self-weight of the structure.

 2. Convenient construction and efficient anchoring, no welding or mechanical processing is required, and quick connection can be achieved directly through matching nuts or connectors, increasing construction efficiency by over 50%.

3. Excellent bonding and fatigue resistance, the helical rib design increases the bond strength between the steel bar and concrete by 30%, effectively preventing slippage.

4. Corrosion resistance and special treatment, epoxy resin coating (thickness ≥ 200μm) can be customized, with salt spray corrosion resistance performance exceeding 1000 hours.

Q: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
A: We are a factory. Factories can ship directly without middlemen taking a cut. We offer the most favorable prices directly to customers.  

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: If the goods are in stock, the delivery period is generally 5 to 10 days. If the goods are not in stock, the delivery period is 15 to 20 days, which depends on the quantity required.  

Q: Do you offer samples? Are they free or extra?
A: Yes, we can provide free samples within 500 grams, but the express delivery fee will be borne by the customer.  

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: If the contract amount is less than or equal to 3000 US dollars, 100% advance payment is required. If the contract amount is greater than or equal to 3000 US dollars, 30% T/T in advance is required. Before shipment, we will take photos of the finished products and send them to the customer. The customer can make the final payment and the goods can be dispatched.
