Expertly engineered, our welded steel pipes are fashioned by meticulously bending steel sheets or strips into the desired shape and seamlessly joining the seams using cutting-edge welding techniques such as high-frequency resistance welding and submerged arc welding. Compared to their seamless counterparts, welded steel pipes provide a cost-effective solution without compromising on quality, making them ideal for medium to low-pressure applications.

Forming Principle:

The steel strip is skillfully transformed into a tubular form through the synchronized action of multiple rollers, including horizontal and vertical ones, meticulously set at the optimal helix angle, typically ranging from 15° to 30°.

Welding Method:

Embracing the advanced technique of Submerged Arc Automatic Welding (SAW), our process is divided into inner and outer welding phases, ensuring uniform weld penetration and a flawless, visually appealing finish.

Internal Welding: Within the tube blank, a precision welding torch is introduced to complete the inner seam, achieving a seamless internal weld.

External Welding: Following the inversion of the tube blank, a subsequent outer weld is performed to overlay the internal seam, enhancing the overall joint strength and integrity.
