Galvanized steel coil is a steel product where a cold-rolled or hot-rolled steel coil is coated with a layer of zinc through a continuous hot-dip galvanizing process. This zinc layer provides excellent corrosion resistance to the steel substrate, making it a key material in the Philippine construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.

Production process

1,Uncoiling & Welding:Coils are uncoiled and the head and tail are welded for continuous processing.

2,Cleaning & Annealing:Oil, grease, and oxides are removed via alkaline cleaning. The steel is then softened in an annealing furnace.

3, Hot-Dip Galvanizing:The cleaned steel strip is immersed in a molten zinc bath at approximately 460°C.

4, Air Knife Wiping:High-pressure air knives blow off excess zinc to control coating thickness precisely.

5, Cooling & Passivation:The strip is cooled and may undergo chromate passivation to enhance resistance to white rust.

6, Post-Treatment:Treatments like phosphating or oiling may be applied for better formability or temporary corrosion protection.

7, Recoiling & Packaging:The galvanized strip is recoiled and packaged for waterproof and rust-proof transportation.

Q: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
A: We are a factory. Factories can ship directly without middlemen taking a cut. We offer the most favorable prices directly to customers.  

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: If the goods are in stock, the delivery period is generally 5 to 10 days. If the goods are not in stock, the delivery period is 15 to 20 days, which depends on the quantity required.  

Q: Do you offer samples? Are they free or extra?
A: Yes, we can provide free samples within 500 grams, but the express delivery fee will be borne by the customer.  

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: If the contract amount is less than or equal to 3000 US dollars, 100% advance payment is required. If the contract amount is greater than or equal to 3000 US dollars, 30% T/T in advance is required. Before shipment, we will take photos of the finished products and send them to the customer. The customer can make the final payment and the goods can be dispatched.
