Through multiple rolling phases, we achieve a broad thickness range from 1.2 to 200mm. This robust production process includes the following essential steps:
Heating: The raw material is elevated to the plastic deformation temperature, effectively refining the grain structure and eradicating casting imperfections.
Rolling: Comprising rough and finishing rolling phases, the billet undergoes multiple passes to achieve the precise target thickness.
Cooling and Winding: Post-rolling, a laminar cooling system ensures optimal steel strip temperatures before it's rolled into coils or cut into separate steel sheets.
